Unconscionable Police Raid on a Homeschool Family's Home and Organic Food Co-Op

Steps have been taken to start legal action against the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) and the Lorain County Health Department for violating the constitutional rights of John and Jacqueline Stowers of LaGrange, Ohio.

David Ogden Deputy AG Appointment Threatens Parental Rights

The Senate Judiciary Committee recently voted 14–5 to send David Ogden’s nomination as Deputy Attorney General to the full U.S. Senate for a confirmation vote.
